Use these rough estimates to plan your collection. Your quote can be less or more depending on the waste, weight, access and how long loading takes.
How the size comparisons work
These are approximate loose-waste volumes, not weight allowances. One reference big bag is 90 × 90 × 90 cm (0.729 m³), not one tonne. Black-bag comparisons use 75-litre bags filled to their stated volume; actual bag sizes, how full they are and how waste stacks will change the count. The skip illustration is a size comparison, not a skip supplied with the service.
Heavy waste can need a different collection plan or more than one vehicle trip. You do not need to put waste into bags.
Larger loads, grab collections and other work
For 14- or 16-yard volumes, grab collections, strip-outs, digger work and material deliveries, send the job details for a separate quote. Vehicle capacity depends on material weight and access.
Please show any sofas, mattresses, fridges, tyres, plasterboard, paint or hazardous materials in your enquiry so disposal requirements can be checked.
