Service Policy

This policy explains what is normally included when you book waste removal, clearance, strip-out, muck-away, mini-digger or material-delivery services with PAV Recycle.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

What the service includes

Unless the quote says otherwise, waste-removal services include arrival at the agreed location, loading of the agreed waste, transport to an appropriate authorised facility and reasonable sweeping of the immediate loading area. Strip-out, digger, muck-away and delivery work includes only the labour, equipment, materials and disposal specifically stated in the accepted quote.

Photo and WhatsApp quotes

Photographs should show the complete pile or work area, hidden layers, bulky or heavy items, access routes, parking, gates, stairs and long carries. A photo quote assumes the information supplied is complete. We may revise the quote before starting if the actual job is materially different.

On-site changes

If extra waste, labour, equipment, weight, restricted material or difficult access is discovered, we will explain the difference and agree any additional price before carrying out the extra work. You can decline the additional work and proceed only with the original agreed scope where practical and lawful.

Access and preparation

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access, secure any necessary parking permission and identify risks or restricted materials. Waste should be accessible at the agreed time unless dismantling, lifting or movement from another location is included in the quote.

Restricted and specialist waste

Asbestos, chemicals, medical or clinical waste, explosives, fuel, unidentified liquids, gas cylinders and other hazardous materials are not accepted unless specifically agreed in writing. Fridges, mattresses, upholstered seating, paint, electrical items and other specialist waste must be disclosed and may require separate handling or additional charges.

Same-day and 24/7 enquiries

We accept enquiries at any time. Same-day or out-of-hours attendance depends on route availability, vehicle capacity, safe working conditions and disposal-facility opening times. Attendance is not guaranteed until we confirm the booking.

Cancellations or failed access

Please give as much notice as possible if plans change. A reasonable charge may apply if we attend as agreed but cannot carry out the work because access is unavailable, the information supplied was materially inaccurate, or prohibited or unsafe waste is present. Any charge will be explained and does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Waste records

Invoices, receipts and waste-transfer documentation can be supplied where applicable. Waste is taken to an appropriate authorised facility. PAV Recycle’s Waste Carrier Licence number is CBDU594218.

Questions or problems
