How much does a kitchen or bathroom rip-out cost?
Our typical guide is £400–£500 per kitchen or bathroom. The quote may be less or more depending on the room, fittings, tiles and flooring to remove, access, loading and resulting waste. We confirm the finish and exactly what the quote includes before work starts. Larger properties and commercial strip-outs are quoted for the full scope.
Do you remove the waste from the strip-out?
Yes. We can include waste removal in the same price so the site is left ready for the next trade.
Can you strip a bathroom back to the walls?
Yes. We first confirm the finish level, wall construction, safe service isolation and any hidden-material risks.
Do commercial jobs need a site visit?
Most larger commercial strip-outs should be inspected so we can price the access, working restrictions, waste quantities and schedule accurately.
