Services Provided
Our services are charged once the waste collection has been completed. Because this is a service and not a physical product, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been carried out.

Service Issues If you are not satisfied with our service or if there was an error on our part (for example, failure to collect the agreed waste), please contact us within 48 hours. We will review the case and may provide a refund or reschedule the service free of charge.
