Show what kind of timber is in the pile
Identify solid timber, boards, old units, doors and fencing separately where possible. Tell us if materials are treated, painted, laminated or attached to something else. The label wood waste does not mean every timber product has the same disposal route.
Allow for long pieces and attached fittings
Photograph lengths, bulky units, fixings and the route to the loading position. Mention nails, glazing, metal attachments and mixed rubbish. If the timber still needs dismantling from a structure, describe that labour rather than treating it as an already loose collection.
Arranging the job in Sheffield
Give the full Sheffield job postcode and the access details below. PAV serves Sheffield, Rotherham and Chesterfield; delivery and travel are checked for the actual address. A requested date becomes an appointment only after we confirm it with you.
Rough collection prices
These compare loose-waste volume, not a skip supplied or a guaranteed single vehicle load. Your price can be less or more depending on the waste, weight, access and loading time.
Sofas and mattresses are £60 each, with a £100 minimum per collection. One item is £100; two items are £120. Enter their quantities separately from other waste.
